Pricing

Priced by what you run. Not by how many connect.

One price per site — the venue and the internet connection it uses — with no limit on how many people connect or how many devices they bring. A café pays café money; a hotel pays for the front-desk connection that no café needs. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Guest Wi-Fi pricing, per site and per month

Three plans. The one you need is decided by whether the venue has a front desk, not by how busy it gets.

Café

Cafés, bars, restaurants, beach clubs: any venue without a front desk.

$30/ site / mo

per site, per month, billed monthly

  • Social sign-in: Google and Apple
  • Email sign-in, with typos and fake addresses filtered out
  • Guest sign-up form with your own questions
  • A promo screen before sign-in, with your photo or video on it
  • Automated review requests, timed after the visit
  • Welcome, win-back and birthday emails, and campaigns, with 1,000 emails a month included
  • Staff and regulars' accounts, each with their own speeds
  • Time and speed limits you control
  • No per-customer charge, and no device cap except the one you set
  • Download your guest list free, any time

$250/ site / mo

  • Everything in Café
  • Room number + surname sign-in, connected to your front-desk system: Oracle Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, Protel, or any other system
  • VIP and long-stay accounts

Prices in US dollars, excluding local taxes. Checkout and invoicing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, which registers and remits VAT and GST where it is due, including the EU, the UK and Southeast Asia. Running Resort Manager? The $75 plan is our loyalty price for Resort Manager properties: the same hotel product, at a third of the price, because you're already part of the family.

Add-ons

Only what you actually use

Three things cost extra, and two come with every plan. That's the whole list.

SMS verification blocks

$45 per 500 messages, one-off

Only if you switch on SMS one-time-passcode verification. Prepaid in blocks of 500, bought when you need them rather than every month, and the balance never expires, so a café that sends a handful of codes a week isn't watching a clock. Bring your own gateway account instead and there's no charge from us at all.

Integrations

$15 per integration, per site / month, or $150 a year

Send your guest details straight into HubSpot, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Klaviyo, or almost anything else you already use via webhook or Zapier, plus a scheduled file for older systems that can only accept a file. $15 for each integration you switch on, so a venue running two pays for two. The Resort Manager connection is part of the base product and never charged for.

Extra emails

$8 per 10,000 emails

Every plan sends 1,000 emails a month per site through our service. If a busy month needs more, buy a block of 10,000. The month’s allowance does not carry over; a block you buy never expires. Send through your own email account instead and there's no charge from us, and none of the allowance is used.

Marketing automation

Included in every plan

Welcome, win-back and birthday emails, and campaigns, for venues that don't already send guest emails: sent only to guests who opted in, always under your venue's own name, with your own sender identity and reputation. Running Resort Manager? Use this or its Guest module: the choice is yours. Guest CRM →

Spreadsheet export

Free on every plan, always

Download your guest list and their consent records from the console, filtered how you like, whenever you want. This is also how you'd take your data with you if you ever left, which the data-protection law in most countries entitles you to, so it will never sit behind a paywall.

No meters

Things we deliberately don't count

Wi-Fi coverage points. Add as many as the property needs: a guest connecting from the far end of block C costs us nothing extra.
Guests and devices. A full house in high season is the point of the product, not a billing event.
How much data guests use. Your internet line is your business. We only meter SMS, and email beyond the monthly allowance, because someone else charges us per message.
Your own guest data. Download it as a spreadsheet any time, on any plan, at no cost.

Questions

The things people ask before buying

What exactly is a "site"?

One venue, with one internet connection registered to us. That's the thing we can actually see and support, so it's what the subscription attaches to. A resort on one connection is one site, however many buildings sit behind it, and a café on one connection is one site too.

Why is the subscription per site rather than per company?

Because a group with properties in different countries needs to bill in different currencies, and a single subscription can only carry one. Each site subscribes in its own currency under one customer record, so a group still gets one relationship and one console.

What happens if a payment fails?

You get a seven-day grace period, then the admin console is suspended until it's settled. Guests who are already connected stay connected: they didn't fail to pay, and your front desk shouldn't have to explain a billing problem to them.

Do I need to buy new equipment?

Usually not. Branded sign-in is a standard feature of the Wi-Fi equipment sold to hotels, cafés and shops, and we use that. Typically it's one small setting changed on what you already have. If you'd rather not touch it yourself, we do that work; we've been building hospitality Wi-Fi for more than 15 years. Send us a photo of the box and we'll tell you straight.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Change plan whenever you like: you only pay the difference. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the paid month. Your guest data is yours: download it as a spreadsheet before you go.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 14 days, every plan, full product. You'll get the most from it if you're set up and taking real guests during the trial, so ask early if you'd like a hand getting connected in time. And if the trial ends without you subscribing, we don't pull the plug on a room full of people. New sign-ins stop, and guests already online simply age out naturally.

Ready when you are

Sign up and configure the property yourself, or tell us what's on site and we'll quote for the sign-in page and the Wi-Fi work together.
