Get started

Set the property up without waiting for us.

Pick a plan, pay, and your account is created automatically. A guided wizard then walks you from your logo to a working sign-in page, and it ends on a real connection test, not a "you're all set" that might not be true.

Checkout is Paddle's, not ours. We never see or store a card number. Paddle acts as merchant of record, so your invoice carries the right VAT or GST for where you are.

Step two

What happens the moment you've paid

Your account is created by the payment confirmation itself, not by your browser coming back from checkout. Close the tab, lose signal, whatever. The property still gets provisioned.

1

Payment confirmed

Paddle tells our platform the subscription is live. That message — signed, verified and safe to receive twice — is what creates your tenant.

2

Property set up

Your hotel and its first site are created automatically. No ticket, no queue, nobody at our end typing your details in.

3

You're taken to the wizard

An email with your console link lands at the same time, so you can pick it up later from a laptop rather than the phone you bought it on.

Step three

Seven steps to a working hotspot

Each step saves as you go, so you can stop at the Wi-Fi step, hand it to whoever looks after your network, and come back.

1

Property

Name, country, timezone and address. The country choice sets your data-retention and consent rules automatically: Thailand's 90-day record-keeping duty, Germany's stricter opt-in expectation, and so on.

2

Branding

Logo, colours, background and layout, with a live preview, including one sized to the compact sign-in window phones show, so you see exactly what your guests will see.

3

Sign-in methods

Choose which of the four to offer and in what order. Social sign-in works straight away; you can swap in your own accounts later.

4

Sign-up form

Pick the questions you want to ask and the consent wording that goes with them. Pre-filled with a sensible default set, so you can skip this and refine it later.

5

Wi-Fi

Generates the exact settings and instructions your Wi-Fi needs, copy-paste ready. This is the step most likely to need a hand, and the one we're happy to do for you.

6

Front-desk link

Connect Resort Manager, another front-desk system, or nothing at all. A walk-in-only property works perfectly well without one.

7

Test connection

Confirms your Wi-Fi can reach us and that a real test sign-in works, end to end. The wizard finishes on evidence, not optimism.

Worth knowing

Before you sign up

You'll need access to your Wi-Fi settings. The wizard produces the exact configuration; someone has to apply it. If that's not you, we can do it. Say so on the way in.
Self-service makes you responsible for your guests' data. Signing up includes accepting a data-processing agreement and supplying your own privacy-notice details, because it's your guests' data and your relationship with them. See data protection.
Front-desk connection is optional — and irrelevant for most venues. Room-and-surname sign-in is a hotel feature that needs to know who's staying, from somewhere. A café, bar or restaurant simply doesn't enable it; the other sign-in methods work on day one with no front-desk system at all.
Complicated property? Just call. Several sites, an unusual network, an old Wi-Fi login system to move off. A ten-minute conversation beats a wizard. Talk to us.
